Join Lake Erie West as a Grants Coordinator and help drive real investment into the region’s communities.
In this role, you will serve as a key connector between funding opportunities and the communities that need them most. You’ll actively research and track a wide range of grant programs, translate complex funding requirements into clear guidance, and work directly with member communities to identify priorities and position them for success.
From shaping and writing compelling applications to coordinating submissions and ensuring compliance after awards are secured, you’ll stay engaged throughout the entire grant lifecycle. You’ll also collaborate across internal teams to support organizational grant efforts, maintain accurate records and reporting, and help ensure projects are implemented smoothly and in alignment with funding requirements.

Education and/or experience
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, planning, political science, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Preference for 3 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, or related fields.

Salary and job title will be determined commensurate with experience and education. The following title and starting salary range will be considered for this position:
- Grants Coordinator - $45,000- $65,000
