The Community Foundation supports our region through a variety of grant opportunities for nonprofits and through the Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
In our community, we have a wealth of very important and worthwhile charitable organizations. Over time, our community’s needs and opportunities change. Nonprofit organizations have emerged and grown in large numbers to address these issues head-on. Many seek help with capacity and sustainability – the kind of support they need to achieve their missions.
The Foundation offers a variety of ways for you to make donations to reach your philanthropic goals. Corporations and businesses are limited to gifts of cash, securities, closely-held stock, limited partnership interests and real estate. Individuals and families have even more options to consider.
