Annual Giving Director, Hospice of Northwest Ohio
Essential Duties:
This position is responsible for building and managing an effective, comprehensive annual giving and stewardship program. Works with the support of President, Foundation to plan and implement an annual appeal program, with significant independence and creative freedom. Responsible for the coordination of all production aspects of appeals. Serves as an active prospect identifier, discovering prospects for further engagement as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Liberal Arts, Education, Business or Communication
- 3 – 5 years of experience in direct fundraising including annual giving and donor relations
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred
- Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical and planning skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
