Program Structure
Complete six sessions from April through October, each running from 10am to 2pm. Led by guest speakers and industry experts, sessions cover board governance and engagement, fundraising and revenue diversification, financial management, marketing and communications, strategic planning and evaluation, and leadership and ethics.
Each cohort member will complete and present a capstone project and have the opportunity to be paired with a professional mentor.
