Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Ohio
- Valid Driver’s License, good driving record and Auto Insurance
- Pass criminal background, drug screen and physical
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- 18 years or older
Job Details: Responsibilities include:
- Using the nursing process, provide care and oversee individuals with varying disabilities
- Maintain charts, records, and all physician orders and lab values
- Keeping current with regulations from Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Department of Developmental Disability and all other regulatory entities, as well as regulatory compliance within the agency
- Providing constant and effective communication through an interdisciplinary team approach
- Willingness to learn and be trained on ventilators, trachs and gastric tubes, if not proficient already.
- Weekend rotation, small on-call requirement, shift differential, and on-call pay!
