Position Title: Nurse Assistant Director - Inpatient Psych
Position Summary:
The RN Clinical Supervisor manages the day-to-day delivery of patient care under the direction of the unit’s Nursing Directors, Managers, or Operations Supervisors. In their absence, this role assumes responsibility for operational oversight. The Clinical Supervisor also supports the ongoing professional development of nursing staff and contributes to a positive, patient-centered environment.
Hours: Core Hours 3:00pm-11:30pm (60-70% of all worked hours Monday-Friday after 3pm or anytime on weekends or holidays.)
Salary: Salary to commensurate with education and experience starting at 96,000/year
