The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the daily Human Resources functions at Luther Home of Mercy focusing on best practices to ensure compliance, maintain and implement policies, direct and support over 400 staff, and create a positive work environment that upholds the mission and workplace pillars of our ministry (integrity, mutual respect, quality & compassionate care).
Lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, labor negotiations and policy development. This senior leadership role partners across the organization to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a high‑performing, mission‑driven team.
