TMWC is looking for a full-time Data Specialist/Front Desk to join our team. This position is responsible for obtaining, recording and overseeing outcome measurements and statistics of programs, obtaining and recording data from members, greeting members and visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, and providing administrative support to any employee. This position is full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week with medical, dental, life, short term disability, employee assistance program, retirement (403B), and paid time off.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Greet all members and visitors at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner and identify yourself by name if they are unfamiliar to you

·         Record the name, time of arrival and departure of all members and enter into database

·         Obtain member attendance sheets from employees and enter into database

·         Obtain name and affiliation from all visitors and have them sign in and out on the designated sheet

·         For new members, refer them to the Advocacy Director or designee to complete Emergency Contact Forms (ECF)/Intakes

·         Answer the phone in a friendly, professional manner while identifying yourself and transferring calls

·         Receive and convey messages

·         Protect member privacy by ensuring personal information is secure and not leaving front desk reception area and computer unattended

·         Keep front desk reception area free of clutter and stocked with supplies

·         Provide administrative support to any employee; such as filing, creating documents or compiling program curriculums

·         Initiate and maintain good working relationships with members and visitors

 Experience and Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

·         Data entry

·         Customer service

·         Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

·         Internet

·         Personal or lived experience with mental illness preferred

·         Valid First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification preferred or will obtain

·         Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification preferred or will obtain

·         Ability to work with a diverse population of members, employees, volunteers, guests and community partners

·         Ability to interact with members, volunteers, and employees in a team environment and possess characteristics such as patience and tolerance, while demonstrating behaviors that reflect respect for all persons

 Salary Range: $14HR ($29,120) - $18HR ($32,760)
