Are you passionate about building homes and transforming lives? We're looking for a Construction Leader to join our team and make a lasting impact in our community!
In this role, you'll lead projects in all phases of home construction as well as critical home repairs, working alongside dedicated staff and volunteers. You'll also mentor recent vocational school graduates as part of our transitional workforce development crew—helping them grow their skills and launch careers in the skilled trades industry. This position will be critical in our organization's capacity growth plans in 2025 and help sustain our growth well into the future!
- What You'll Do:
- · Lead projects in all phases of home construction and critical home repairs
- · Mentor and support transitional workforce development crew members
- · Work hands-on to create safe, affordable housing for families in need
- Position Details:
- · Full Time (40 hrs/week)
- · Overtime exempt, salaried
- · Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (with some evening & weekend flexibility required)
- · Location: Fremont, Ohio
