St. Francis de Sales School of Toledo, Ohio is accepting applications for the position of a full- time benefit eligible 12 month administrative assistant to be of assistance in the Advancement Department. St. Francis de Sales is a Roman Catholic, Salesian, grade 7-12 all-male college preparatory school, operated by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, serving over 650 students. The position will support the operational efficiency and productivity of the Advancement Department. This role focuses on administrative support, donor engagement, and coordination of activities to increase fundraising revenue. We are searching for a passionate person who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills due to the fact that there will be consistent and regular engagement with donors and prospective donors.
This position requires a High School diploma; must have strong computer literacy skills with being proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite as well as with a donor database management system (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce preferred). The applicant will have excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail; also having a graphic design or marketing background is a plus. Candidates must have sensitivity to and acceptance of diverse cultures and individuals and must successfully complete the Diocese of Toledo Protecting Youth Requirements and an FBI/ BCI background check.
